Cozy plaid: Styled shoot

I had every intention of getting all three of us in a picture together, but I hate the restrictions of a timer and the awkward ten seconds you get to pose. We tried and (I) failed. Isn’t it fun, though, having to guess which one I am? 😉 I even tricked my mom!

I dreamed up this shoot after my sister-in-law (she marries Trevor in a month, so it’s official in my book) gifted me the coziest wintry socks! The soles read:

The holidays can be a little stressful with the countless parties + commitments, the holiday weight gain (treats on treats on treats!), and the added pressure of shopping for the perfect Christmas present; however, cocktails make it all worth it 😉

I teamed up with two incredibly creative women – my twinner, Danielle, and sassy calligrapher, Lauren Taylor – for this fun laid back shoot. Enjoy the merry red, plaid, multicolor lights + Rundle’s BOWTIE.

P.S. The Mr. + Mrs. glasses of wine were celebratory after the hubs and I set up the decor, but it paired so well with this theme – I had to share. 🙂
